Biden sanctions Israeli settlers for West Bank violence

Background

The United States says it intends to place sanctions on any Israeli settlers accused of violence against Palestinians in the West Bank. The new executive order sees four people immediately blacklisted with financial and travel restrictions. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
