Ukraine seeks EU and NATO support for Victory plan

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has presented his victory plan to European leaders and NATO allies in Brussels. Zelenskyy announced his plan to Ukrainian lawmakers on Wednesday which includes an unconditional invite to join the military alliance. William Denselow reports from the Belgian capital.
