FNB Namibia has expressed concern over an increase in crimes involving customers being threatened into sharing their banking passwords or OTPs. Communications Manager Kirsty Watermeyer, in a statement, highlighted that the bank collaborates closely with law enforcement to investigate such cases and support arrests. FNB reassures customers of robust security measures, including two-factor authentication, encryption, and advanced fraud detection systems.
