The death toll from a fuel truck explosion in northern Nigeria has risen to 98, with 69 others hospitalized. Reuters indicates that the incident occurred on Saturday in Dikko, Niger State, when the truck overturned, causing an explosion as people attempted to collect fuel from the wreckage. Over 80 victims were buried in a mass grave at a local health center. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident and prevent similar tragedies.
