Criminal gangs in Windhoek are increasingly targeting vehicles parked at shopping malls. One Africa TV NewsOnOne’s Josia Shiweda reports that a recent social media video captured a gang breaking into a car at a Windhoek mall. The Windhoek City Police confirmed the incident, stating that the thieves left empty-handed.
