Windhoek International School learners take the lead in new anti-bullying series on LearnOnOne

A new locally produced TV series is addressing the issue of bullying in schools. Behind The School Doors, a collaborative project between LearnOnOne and Windhoek International School, premiered this week and is produced by OneAfrica.

The series is created and performed by WIS Theatre learners, offering a raw and relatable view of bullying from the perspective of learners themselves. Airing exclusively on LearnOnOne, the project raises awareness, empowers youth voices, and encourages safer, more inclusive environments across schools in Namibia.

LearnOnOne Brand Manager Rukee Kaakunga lauded the series as a “vital student-led effort” that uses storytelling to spark meaningful dialogue and change. “It’s not just entertainment, it’s a message from learners to the nation,” she said.

Behind The School Doors is now airing on LearnOnOne, continuing the platform’s commitment to accessible, educational, and socially relevant content.
