Fire Death Toll

  The US National Weather Service says dangerous conditions are expected in California next week, which could impede efforts to put out major fires there. A nine-day wind siege has finally ended in the area - offering relief to firefighters continuing to battle several blazes in Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.
