Israel-Hamas ceasefire extended for 2 days

A two-day extension of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire has been agreed. It's hoped it will allow extra time for the release of more hostages. It comes on the fourth and final day that Hamas is expected to set hostages free, in return for Israel releasing Palestinians. Sarah Coates reports from Tel Aviv.

Hamas releases 17 hostages in third daily release

Hamas released 17 hostages on Sunday, including a four-year-old American girl. It was the third daily release of hostages, with the fourth and final set of prisoners expected to be set free on Monday. Israel in turn released 39 Palestinians. However, as Mia Alberti in Lebanon reports the pause in fighting could be extended beyond the current four-day agreement.
