The funeral of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter will take place on Wednesday in the town of Plains, Georgia. Kate Fisher reports that the wife of former President Carter, died Sunday at the age of 96 at her home in Plains, shortly after she entered hospice care, having been diagnosed with dementia in March.
