    The United States has urged the UN Security Council to ensure Hamas is held accountable while pushing to end the Gaza war. The Security Council convened again to address the ongoing conflict. This follows the ICC's arrest warrants for Israeli leaders Netanyahu and Gallant. Jody Jacobs reports from the UN in New York.

Cosatu Calls for Enforcement of ICC Arrest Warrants Against Netanyahu and Others

  Cosatu says the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court last week, show that no individual or state is above international law. The arrest warrants were issued for Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defence minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas military leader Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri, for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Netanyahu Condemns ICC Arrest Warrant as ‘Antisemitic’

Israel's prime minister has condemned the International Criminal Court for issuing him with an arrest warrant as 'antisemitic'. The ICC's also put out warrants for former defence minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas commander Mohammed Deif, who is believed to be dead. ICC judges say there are grounds to believe the three men are criminally responsible for crimes during the Israel/Hamas conflict. Mr Netanyahu says he's furious.
