U.S President Joe Biden says counternarcotics cooperation between the U.S and China was a top deliverable out of the talks with President Xi Jinping. Speaking on Tuesday, Biden says this is an important step to curb the flow of fentanyl into the country. Biden and Xi met during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit last week.
