Counter-terrorism alert issued after bridge explosion on Canada-US border

A vehicle has exploded at a toll booth on the Rainbow Bridge that connects Canada with the United States near Niagra Falls. All four crossings between the two countries in the area have now been closed. The FBI is describing the situation at the border crossing as “very fluid” as investigations into the explosion get underway. Our US correspondent Simon Marks reports.
