Mali signs Russia deal to build gold refinery

Russia is deepening bilateral and economic ties with Mali as Western influence in the West African nation declines. Mali has signed a deal with Russia to build a gold refinery in the capital Bamako to improve the nation’s economy. Our Correspondent, Nabil Ahmed Rufai reports.
