Ombudsman addresses complaints at Windhoek correctional facility

The Ombudsman, Advocate Basilius Dyakugha has visited the Windhoek Correctional Facility to address inmates on some of the complaints received by the office’s complaints investigators. The Ombudsman also conducted an interview with former Justice Minister Sakeus Shanghala, who is implicated in the Fishrot scandal.
