Namibia Institute of Democracy set to help Namibians understand the constitution and elections

The Namibia Institute of Democracy and its partner -The Hans Seidel Foundation- applied for an EU Grant to conduct Civic Education in Namibia. Now, the organization will help Namibians understand the constitution and elections. Here is the Director Naita Hishoono.
