Namibia has become the first African country to sign a Letter of Intent with the Denmark-based independent research and development Maersk McKinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. With the center looking to drive the sustainable decarbonisation of the maritime industry by 2050 Green Hydrogen Commissioner, James Mnyupe, explains what it will mean for Namibia.
