US Federal prosecutors charge Hunter Biden with tax evasion

The Department of Justice has charged Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden with nine counts of tax evasion. It’s the second indictment this year for the president’s son, whose legal problems continue to be a political liability for his father. Ira Spitzer reports.
