Katutura Central constituency leadership plans to involve NamFISA to tackle City Of Windhoek debt interest

“These people don’t want long-lasting solutions ,and they use pensioners to try and make it seem as if they are putting in effort but the reality is they not ,they are running a social service like a private business.” says Shaun Gariseb- a local leader in Katutura Central constituency.
