Britain’s Defence Ministry has been fined nearly $400,000 by the UK’s information watchdog, for potentially exposing the details of its Afghan interpreters to the Taliban. The breach happened in September 2021 as the UK Government tried to evacuate those who had worked for the military. Stuart Smith has more from London.
