SCOTUS to hear appeal that could undo Jan 6 charge against Trump and supporters

The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal that could undo hundreds of charges stemming from the January 6th riot at the US Capitol, including against former President Donald Trump. The justices will review a charge of obstruction of an official proceeding that has been brought against more than 300 people. Kate Fisher reports from Washington.
