Namibian delegation attends seminar on peace and security in Algeria

Penda Naanda, the Executive Director of the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, is leading the Namibian Delegation to the 10th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa. The event, themed “Celebrating 10 Years of Progress and Cooperation: A Decade of Transformation and Innovation, reaching new heights together,” is taking place in Oran, Algeria, from December 17 to 18, 2023.
