Background

Embattled head of the National Rifle Association, Wayne LaPierre has resigned. LaPierre headed the U.S’ largest gun-rights group for close to three decades and is set to go on trial in New York for alleged corruption at the nonprofit organization. Jody Jacobs has more from New York.
