The US National Transportation Safety Board says it found the missing part that blew off an Alaska Airlines aircraft mid-flight. The part is crucial to its investigation. Meanwhile, the Federal Aviation Administration has grounded more than 170 Boeing 737 Max 9s following the incident, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded across the U.S. Jody Jacobs reports.
