Nearly 40 thousand ID cards wait to be collected

The Ministry of Home Affairs says that nearly 40,000 (39,168) identity cards remain uncollected at its offices nationwide. The ministry’s spokesperson Margaret Kalo is urging individuals who have applied for ID cards to collect them.
