Frans Enkali, spokesperson for the Ondonga Traditional Authority, has issued a stern warning to residents with domestic animals in their communities. He emphasized the importance of preventing these animals from causing harm or destroying crops and urged residents to take responsibility for their care. Enkali highlighted that the traditional authority has observed instances where subsistence farmers allow their animals to roam freely without supervision, particularly during the rainy season. He stressed that, given the commencement of field cultivation by many, OTA will not tolerate negligence regarding animal supervision.
