North Korea tests nuclear-capable underwater attack drone

North Korea says it’s tested an underwater attack drone that can carry a nuclear weapon. The government news agency says the test is a protest against this week’s military drills held jointly by South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Here’s Andrew Wood in Hong Kong.
