Ripuree’s ultimate goal extends to addressing unemployment by linking the choir members to potential opportunities within the Ministry of Security, Police Force, Defense, and the Navy. His plan involves teaching the kids to master their instruments up to grade three, aligning with the ministry’s requirements for participation in their musical programs.

Despite facing challenges in establishing a direct link for employment opportunities, the conductor remains resolute in his commitment to keeping the youth away from negative influences. His personal journey, having been saved by a mentor, fuels his determination to guide the youth in Walvisbay towards a brighter future.

Looking ahead to 2024, the initiator outlined the choir’s mission to push the Namibian agenda by focusing on music composed by Namibian citizens. The goal is to elevate Namibian compositions to the same level of recognition and respect as Western music.
