UN concerned about weapons transfers in Ukraine conflict

The United Nations has once again called for adherence to International law in the supply of weapons to Ukraine. Russia’s Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov was present at Monday’s UN Security Council meeting. Jody Jacobs reports from the United Nations in New York.
