Strategic Planning Mandate Issued to Government Entities by Office of the Prime Minister

The Deputy Director in the Office of the Prime Minister has issued a directive to all government offices, ministries, agencies, and regional councils to formulate strategic and annual plans, along with customer service charters. This initiative aims to enhance organizational planning and customer service across government entities as Namibian is a signatory to the African Charter under the AFrican Union Commission.
