Fatal Road Crash near Ondangwa Claims Eighth Victim as Death Toll Rises

Tragedy struck on Friday between Ondangwa and Uukwiyuushona in a fatal road crash, resulting in the death toll climbing to eight as one hospitalized victim succumbed on Monday. Inspector Thomas Aiyambo, Head of the Oshana Community Policing Sub-division, confirmed the incident, specifying that the collision occurred at Okashandja village. The accident allegedly involved a white Toyota pick-up from Ondangwa and a white Toyota Rush from Oshakati, colliding head-on after the former lost control.
