US President Joe Biden is fundraising in Florida on Tuesday – the home turf of his main rival in his re-election bid, Donald Trump. Biden will be holding events in Miami and Palm Beach – where the Former republican president has made his home since leaving the White House. Kate fisher reports from Washington.
