Japan to reply to rare sympathy message from N Korea

Japan’s Prime Minister says he’s intending to send an ‘appropriate response’ to a rare message of support from North Korea. The country’s leader, Kim Jong Un, sent his sympathies following an earthquake which hit Japan’s Noto Peninsula on New Year’s Day. Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo.
