Boeing investigation finds missing bolts in faulty aircraft

Four bolts appeared to be missing from a door plug that blew off an Alaska Airlines plane mid-flight last month, according to a preliminary investigation.The incident has increased scrutiny on the aircraft’s manufacturer Boeing, which delivered the plane to the airline last year.
