US stocks rebound after Fed Chair comments

US stocks ended higher on Tuesday, as investors digested the latest corporate earnings. Markets rebounded after comments made over the weekend suggesting the Federal Reserve would be wary of cutting interest rates too soon. Sally Patterson has more.
