Namibia’s Consul General in Cape Town, Selma Nghinamundova, representing Mines and Energy Minister Tom Alweendo, emphasized the nation’s significant mineral wealth during the ‘Investing in Africa’ Mining Indaba. She underscored Namibia’s standing as a key player in the global market for sought-after minerals, including lithium, graphite, cobalt, and rare earth metals crucial to green technologies. Nghinamundova also highlighted Namibia’s rich natural wind and solar resources.
