SA Constitutional Court Rules in Favor of DA, Orders ANC to Disclose Cadre Deployment Records

The Democratic Alliance in South Africa expresses satisfaction with the Constitutional Court’s ruling in their favor regarding the disclosure of the ANC’s cadre deployment records. The court has mandated the ANC to publicly release comprehensive cadre deployment records, including meeting minutes, CVs, email threads, and WhatsApps dating back to January 1, 2013. Leon Schreiber, the DA’s national spokesperson on Public Service and Administration, notes that the ANC has five working days to provide all relevant documents following the court’s decision.
