US House Republicans second attempt at Mayorkas impeachment

Republicans in the US House of Representatives are voting for a second time to impeach the Homeland Security Secretary amid a row over immigration. Last week, the House voted against holding Alejandro Mayorkas responsible for the flow of migrants across the US-Mexico border. Nick Harper reports from Austin, Texas.
