White House Blames fall of Avdiivka on dwindling ammunition and “congressional inaction”

The White House says Russian forces were able to capture the strategically critical town of Avdiivka because the Ukranians are running out of ammunition and it blamed Congress for failing to agree on a new round of funding. The fall of the town of Avdiivka in Ukraine’s Donbas region is seen as Russia’s biggest victory since last year’s capture of Bakhmut. Our Washington Correspondent Jagruti Dave has more.
