Old Mutual Foundation Donates N$30,000 Worth of Food to Aussenkehr Fire Victims

The Old Mutual Foundation, in collaboration with the ||Kharas Governor’s office, has provided food donations to 59 families in Aussenkehr who lost their homes in a fire last year. Valued at N$30,000, the donation aims to assist families, mainly comprising grape company employees affected by the November fire, which tragically claimed a life. Governor Aletha Frederick expressed gratitude for the gesture and urged employers, grape company owners, and the regional council to address urgent housing needs in Aussenkehr. Frederick also offered words of encouragement to the victims, urging resilience during this challenging period.
