Human Rights Watch accuses Israel of not complying with ICJ order

Human Rights Watch says Israel has failed to comply with the International Court of Justice order connected with the genocide case brought against it by South Africa. Israel is expected to report back to the court on the actions it’s taken to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza, and how it’s prevented the commission of genocidal acts. Jody Jacobs reports.
