US leaders optimistic of govt funding deal

The Speaker of the US House of Representatives says he is “very optimistic” Congress can agree to new funding to keep the government running before Friday’s deadline. About a quarter of the government will shut down if there’s no agreement on a new spending deal. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
