Putin warns West with nuclear threat

Russian President Vladimir Putin has made an explicit threat to use nuclear weapons against the West if NATO troops are sent to Ukraine. Speaking at his annual address to the Russian Parliament, Putin said any claim that Moscow would attack the West first was “nonsense”.
