The African Transformation Movement is calling on the Eastern Cape Department of Education to account for the negligent and inhumane behavior of the principal and teachers of Emdeni Junior Secondary School in Ludeke in Bizana, which led to the rape of a four-year-old learner. The little girl was stripped naked and sent home from school, walking by herself, after she messed herself. ATM spokesperson Zama Ntshona says she was then raped by unidentified perpetrators.
