Windhoek Council Greenlights Rocky Crest Extension 8 Township for Urban Housing Demand

The Windhoek Municipal Council has approved the establishment of Rocky Crest Extension 8, a new township spanning 25 hectares with 227 erven. Aimed at meeting the rising demand for urban housing, the extension is positioned south of Rocky Crest, along Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Road’s eastern boundary and Bernt Carlson Road’s northwestern boundary.
