HUNT SETS OUT BUDGET CONTAINING TAX CUTS

UK Finance minister Jeremy Hunt is setting out a budget containing what he calls ‘permanent’ tax cuts. Opposition Labour says the Conservatives have a record of 14 years of ‘economic failure’. It comes ahead of a general election due at some point this year.
