France to ‘seal’ abortion access into constitution Friday

Friday marks a historic day for the French. Abortion rights will be officially enshrined in the country’s constitution – a world first. It comes after lawmakers voted overwhelmingly in favor of the amendment earlier this week. Toni Waterman has more from Paris.
