Minister Uutoni Stresses Collaboration for Local Development

Erastus Uutoni, the  Urban and Rural Development minister, emphasized the importance of collaboration among municipalities, regional councils, and traditional authorities, stating that local authorities must not operate independently. Speaking at the Association of Local Authorities in Namibia local economic development conference in Lüderitz, Uutoni urged local authorities to share success stories, exchange insights on overcoming challenges, and combine resources for effective development initiatives.
