Earlier that day, Mbumba received letters of credence from new heads of mission designates, including Abdelkrim Diaf for Algeria and Phemelo Mbi Rankoro for Botswana, further highlighting Namibia’s dedication to maintaining diplomatic relations and fostering international cooperation.
