Cricket Namibia breaks ground on new stadium

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for Cricket Namibia’s new International cricket stadium, Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero, called on all Namibian cricketers to see the stadium as a “source of inspiration and motivation”.

President of the Cricket Namibia Board, Dr. Rudie van Vuuren meanwhile explained how the design of what is set to become the internationally recognized “Namibian Cricket Ground”, or “NCG” came about.
