Missing Cousins Found Alive; Suspects Arrested in North West, South Africa

South Africa’s North West police have located Zahraa and Bataviya Mohammed, aged 17 and 19 respectively, who were abducted on their way to school in Hartbeespoort earlier this month. Police spokesperson Sabata Mokgwabone announced that the cousins were found unharmed in a residence at New Stands near Winterveldt and Mabopane the previous evening. Six suspects have been apprehended in connection with the kidnapping and extortion allegations and are expected to face legal proceedings shortly.
